Opt-In For Life 7.1.0

OPT-In is an innovative application designed to enhance communication between patients and their healthcare teams. By providing invited patients with access to their lab results, medication reminders, and relevant multimedia content related to their care, the app aims to foster a more engaged patient experience. Additionally, it features a messaging system that facilitates direct communication between patients and their care providers.

This initiative represents a collaborative effort funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), involving prominent organizations such as Alder Health Services, Hamilton Health Center, PinnacleHealth, and Penn State Health.
